How we lead the change

Four things most providers don't do. We do them as standard.

Hover or tap each card.

01

In house psychology

Salaried, not subcontracted.

Tap to reveal →

Our psychologist works for residents, not invoices.

Anastasia leads psychological support across all 16 homes. She holds 17 years of international experience and runs 1:1s, groups, and team training. Commissioners don't pay extra for any of it.

02

In house nutritionist

Because mental health includes the body.

Abenaya tailors nutrition to every resident.

MSc Clinical & Public Nutrition. She runs 1:1 plans, group sessions, and works with our kitchens to make sure recovery is supported on the plate, not just in conversation.

03

Natasha designs activities that actually help recovery.

Occupational therapist with 16 years' experience. Therapeutic riding, day trips, festivals, art, cooking, fitness. Recovery comes from doing, not just talking.

Step down within our own family

Into our studio flats, same trusted team.

When residents are ready, they step down into our own studio flats.

Still a Diverse Services property. Still the same management, the same familiar team. Less support, more independence. The progression continues , often all the way to full independent living, employment, and a life of their own.

“I started Diverse Services because the people who need supported living the most have too often been let down. I wanted homes where people are known by name, supported by a team who genuinely care, and helped to move on when they are ready. It isn’t complicated. It just takes turning up every day and doing the right things.”

Sukhbir Singh, Founder & Managing Director

The journey to independence.

Every resident is on a path. We walk with them from where they are, often at the most difficult point, step by step toward independent living.

Where we meet you

Hospital or crisis

Coming out of an acute mental health ward, secure setting, or a placement that broke down.

High support

24 hour staffed home

Awake staff every shift, full team support, daily keyworker support. Most residents start here.

Medium support

Daytime support, 9 to 5

Step down when overnight cover is no longer needed. Same home, same keyworker.

Low support

Diverse studio flat

Step down into one of our own studio flats. Same trusted team, less intensive support. The relationship continues , we don't hand you off to another provider.

Goal

Full independence

Living independently with the confidence and skills to stay there. For many, this also means moving into employment. This is the point of everything we do.

Step up and step down within the journey, whenever appropriate. The same Diverse Services team stays with the resident the whole way , including into our own studio flats and beyond.

Quiet homes on residential streets, with a team who turn up.

Sixteen homes across four West London boroughs. Every resident has their own ensuite room with a kitchenette, plus a shared kitchen and lounge for when they want company. Our team is in the home 24 hours a day. Behind them sits a psychologist, a nutritionist, and an on call manager.

Common questions

The questions we get asked most.

How does a placement actually start?

Submit the referral on our referral page. We come back with a written assessment outcome within 24 hours. If it's a yes, we agree the placement plan with you and the prospective resident. Move in is usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Who pays for the psychology, nutrition, and activities?

We do. They sit on staff as salaried roles, not bought in extras. Commissioners pay one weekly rate for the placement and the entire team is included. No invoices for therapy hours.

Do you take residents under section?

Yes. We work with people coming out of acute mental health wards, secure settings, and CTOs. Most of our intake comes from inpatient discharge teams across West London. We are CQC registered for our Foxglove home and registering further homes through 2026.

What does the room look like?

Every resident has their own bedroom with ensuite and kitchenette. Plus a shared kitchen and lounge for when they want company. Rosewood House is the exception , fully self contained one bed flats with shared communal space. See all 16 homes.

What if the placement isn't right?

We tell you straight at assessment if our service isn't the right fit. We don't take placements to fill beds. If something changes after move in and the placement isn't working, we work with the commissioner to find a better path , we don't end a placement abruptly.

How do residents step down from high support?

When someone is ready for less support, they step down into one of our own studio flats. Still a Diverse Services property. Still the same management team they already trust. Less intensive support, more independence , and we continue with them all the way to full independent living, often into employment. The pathway runs: 24 hour staffed → 9 to 5 daytime → Diverse studio flat → full independence. See the full pathway.

Can families visit?

Yes, warmly. Email us with the borough and we'll arrange a time. We do not run a public reception , our office is virtual , but every property has a manager who can give a tour and answer questions.

How is Diverse Services different from other supported living providers?

Three things. First, the in house specialist team , psychology, nutrition, activities, all salaried. Second, residents step down into our own studio flats rather than being handed off to another provider, so the relationship continues all the way to independence and often into employment. Third, the founder still picks up the phone and meets every commissioner personally. Most providers can't say any of those three.
